Anne Roberts provides strategic consulting services to hospitals and healthcare organizations, helping leadership teams build strong, defensible peer review and credentialing practices. She partners closely with General Counsel and medical staff leaders to draft, revise, and ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws, policies, and procedures, including support for fair hearings and complex medical staff legal matters. Her consulting work includes designing and strengthening credentialing programs—developing competency‑based privilege forms tailored to specialty‑specific training and education, creating efficient credentialing workflows, and optimizing database management to improve thoroughness, quality, turnaround times, and other performance metrics that directly impact timely enrollment in health plans. She also builds customized peer review programs at both the department and system level, ensuring committees have clear structures, defined responsibilities, and defensible processes. In addition, she provides targeted education for physician leaders and committee members to help them understand and fulfill their governance duties, apply bylaws and policies consistently, and manage practitioner performance concerns through effective peer review.
